With a grandfather in the building trade, a father as a Conveyancer, and a deep love for Adelaide’s historic buildings, Sarah seemed destined for a career in property.
In 1997, she earned her Bachelor of Business in Property and joined the family business, all while pursuing her passion for Real Estate in her personal life.
After taking a creative detour, Sarah founded Modern Detail By Sarah Jane and gained recognition as a celebrated Australian artist. Now, balancing her artistic endeavors, Sarah rejoined Alexander – Botten & Associates in 2023. Together with her brother Craig, she’s excited to lead the family business into an inspiring new chapter.
Tony Botten (FAIC)
Conveyancer
Tony is one of the longest-serving conveyancers in the industry, bringing over 50 years of experience to his work. His dedication and expertise have earned him a fellowship with the Australian Institute of Conveyancers SA, a testament to the high regard in which he is held by his peers.
With a deep understanding of the many changes the industry has undergone, Tony possesses a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for discussing the rich history of our state. Over the years, he has built strong relationships with a vast number of clients and takes great pleasure in reconnecting with them. Now working part-time, Tony remains actively involved in the profession he loves, continuing to share his insights and enthusiasm with all who cross his path.
Craig Botten
Conveyancer
Craig’s passion for the legal process has been a driving force throughout his career. After returning to Australia in his early 20s, he proudly followed in the footsteps of previous generations by joining the family business, inspired by his sister’s path as a Conveyancer.
Now, with over 20 years of experience, Craig has firmly established himself in the industry and works alongside his sister to successfully manage the business, continuing their proud family legacy.
Rae Botten
Office Manager
You’ll always be greeted with a warm smile from our Office Manager, Rae. With over 30 years of experience as Tony’s personal assistant, dating back to the days of typewriters, Rae has been a cornerstone of our office operations.
Now working on a casual basis, Rae continues to keep things running smoothly while welcoming you at the front desk with her friendly presence. She’s always ready to assist and make you feel right at home.
